My service says disabled?

If your server status is disabled it could be because of the following
  • Late Payment
  • Breaching our Terms of Service
  • You've changed a value that is restricted

Note: If the server was paid but after the due date the server should normally be reactivated within a few minutes after your invoice status changes to paid, if this is not the case please contact us.

If you think none of these are the reason behind the disabling of your service, please open a support ticket.
